Why Does Uncertainty Make Us So Uncomfortable?
The surprising thing is that uncertainty is a source of immense power that most people never use.

Avoiding Uncertainty
It may seem a strange question to ask in today's uncertain world. But what's surprising is that uncertainty is a source of immense power that most people never use.
Why does uncertainty bother us? Because we fear losing control. Yet, uncertainty isn't a void to be avoided; it's a space where we can discover our inner strength.
According to British author Aldous Huxley, each of us is born with a "holistic mind." Over time, however, this mind becomes narrowed by our habits, fears, and stereotyped thoughts. We begin to see life only in fragments: Our minds remain in one place, our bodies in another. In reality, however, mind, body, and emotions are a single whole.
In our daily lives, we constantly repeat the same phrases: "I like this, I don't like that." Our thoughts, preferences, fears, and past experiences trap us in a repetitive cycle. We make change difficult and resist innovation because the unknown terrifies us.
But uncertainty is the gateway to creativity, discovery, and renewal. Every "now" is a fresh moment from which something new can emerge. And to truly be present in that moment requires liberation from the shadow of the past or the anxiety of the future.
